Athos

Athos is a complex product based on an association of bacteria, with a role in improving plant growth: they can stimulate stem and root growth. The bacilli can produce plant hormones and enzymes, such as phenylalanine ammonia- lysis (PAL) and peroxidase (PO), which promote plant growth and stress tolerance. They compete with pathogens on the roots for space and for trace nutrients, such as iron. Plant immune systems can also be prepared by Azospirillum to resist pathogen attack, a process known as induced systemic resistance. Athos presents a combination of microorganisms, mycorrhizae (endo and ectomycorrhizae), bacilli and fungi with multiple roles for crop plants and soil, with beneficial effects. It creates a healthy environment and enriches fertility.
